Expert SAP Production/Logistic consultant (English)

MAIN MISSIONS

  • Handle the Hotline and help the customers when they create an incident, (around 50% of the time).
  • Improve the customers’ systems to adapt them to their needs,
  • Perform all project phases to implement the solution within the customer environment,
  • Initialize, analyze, and design, settings, data integration, validation tests and final validation, users training and initial support,
  • Document the drafting (specifications, design, settings, training files), follow-up of AGENTIL’s project methodology.

PROFILE

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience on handling an ERP in the Production and/or Logistic Module (ideally with SAP Business One).
  • General knowledge of a company’s business processes in the following areas: Production and/or Logistic. Either studies + internship (minimum 3 months of internship in the field) or First field experience.
  • Experience in the medical/pharma field a plus but not a must.
  • Willing to travel in Switzerland or across border.
  • Dynamic, curious and quick learner.

PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

  • Gérer la ligne d’assistance et aider les clients lorsqu’ils créent un incident (environ 50 % du temps).
    Améliorer les systèmes des clients pour les adapter à leurs besoins,
    Réaliser toutes les phases du projet pour mettre en œuvre la solution dans l’environnement client
    Initialiser, analyser et concevoir, paramètres, intégration des données, tests de validation et validation finale, formation des utilisateurs et soutien initial,
    Documenter la rédaction (spécifications, conception, paramètres, dossiers de formation), le suivi de la méthodologie du projet AGENTIL

PROFIL

  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience de la gestion d’un ERP dans le module Production et/ou Logistique (idéalement avec SAP Business One).
    Connaissance générale des processus opérationnels d’une entreprise dans les domaines suivants : Production et/ou Logistique. Soit études + stage (minimum 3 mois de stage sur le terrain) ou Première expérience sur le terrain.
    L’expérience dans le domaine médical/pharmaceutique est un plus, mais pas un must.
    Prêt à voyager en Suisse ou au-delà de la frontière.
    Dynamique, curieux et apprenant rapidement.
