Global Terms and Conditions

The access to our trainings can be initiated either by the employer, or at the employee’s initiative with the agreement of his employer, or at the employee’s own initiative.

Our salesperson will get back to you, analyze your needs with you and send you a personalized sales proposition.

The public concerned by this program is made up of future users of the information system. These participants must master their job on a functional level, no computer knowledge is required. The only prerequisites are technical, the participant must have access to his database so that the training can take place in real on the tools of the customer.

For each training request, we conduct a telephone interview with the customer to establish a personalized training program that will take into account the needs and expectations of the customer. At the end of this interview, a document “needs analysis” is then completed and sent with a commercial proposal as well as the adapted program. The duration of the training for each module will be specified in this document and in the commercial proposal sent, as well as in the training program attached to the training agreement. The duration must be expressed in hours.

The access time will depend on the processing time of the preliminary steps, namely analysis of the customer’s request, personalized commercial proposal, validation of the transmitted commercial proposal, validation of the intervention schedule jointly between the customer and the trainer according to the availabilities of each, beginning of the training services.

The price of the service is mentioned in our commercial proposal, and can vary according to the profile of the trainer, his skills and his experience.

The goals are stated for each module in the training program validated jointly between the client and the trainer. The objectives list the skills and competencies, both viable and assessable, that will be acquired during the service.

Definition :

Skils: the capacity to apply knowledge and use know-how to carry out tasks and solve problems.

Competence: proven ability to apply knowledge, skills and personal, social or methodological dispositions in work or study/training situations, for professional or personal development.

In order to ensure the presence of our participants as well as their assiduity to follow the training sessions, all our participants receive before the beginning of the training, a charter of commitment which they must sign as well as our trainer.

With this commitment, we actively limit the risks of a participant dropping out of our training sessions and ensure that they are informed.

This charter determines in particular that the beneficiaries must inform the trainer and their training referent in case of absence or delay by the contact details made available to them.

Methods and resources

Our trainers base their training on complete supports provided by the software editors in order to ensure a future use in accordance with good practices. Alternating theory and real application on the tool, this training is part of a demonstrative method, the trainer uses the company’s own data. The training consists in developing in a detailed way the training program by carrying out manipulations and examples.
From understanding to integration through direct experimentation, the training is based on dynamic and participative learning in active pedagogy, exchanges will allow a mutualization of experiences from concrete practical cases.

The material used is that of the company, as well as that of the trainers for the theoretical presentations and illustrations covered topics.

Concerning the number of participants, we have a maximum of 7 participants per trainer to ensure an optimal listening capacity and to allow everyone to intervene. Beyond 7 participants, 2 distinct sessions are organized to guarantee this quality of exchanges.

  • Conference room in our premises equipped with a videoconferencing system with screen, camera and microphone JABRA, paperboard, our premises are compliant for the reception of the public.
  • Videoconferencing tools (Zoom, Teams and Teamviewer) are free and accessible to the client for remote or on-site interventions.

Our trainers are first and foremost certified consultants who deliver services around the software tool at our clients’ sites, so they have a perfect knowledge of the software tool in its entirety. Our trainers and our company respect strict certification obligations in order to guarantee our partnerships with software publishers. This is why they are always trained on the latest available versions of the software and regularly follow additional training courses to complete their knowledge of the software tools, not to mention the technological and pedagogical monitoring that they carry out throughout the year.

Publishers’ guide supports, personalized guides created by our trainer on dedicated subjects, possibility of recording the training sessions carried out on videoconference to be sent to the customer at the end. The materials seen during the training will be given to each participant at the end of the training.

Afterwards, if the customer has any questions, he can benefit from a panel of help available to him:

  • online help on the software with a complete documentary base on all the modules of the software according to the version used by the customer, as well as the links towards the various portals of the editor:

  • in particular the SAP Help Portal on which they can find other explanatory material on certain operations of the software.

Other

The evaluation of the acquired knowledge is done in a continuous way, throughout the days of training, the trainees are put in situation of work in real time on the software on the data base of the customer, it is the trainer who is going to keep the hand on the presentation in order to ensure the good progress of the training and that each participant is attentive on the action in progress. In this way, the beneficiaries are trained in immersion on the software in exactly the same context as they will be required to do in their activity. The trainer will be able to examine in real time and determine if the participant understands the manipulations that are presented, answer any questions or requests for additional explanations and if the objectives defined in the training plan are achieved.
In addition to this real-time assessment, the trainer conducts a round table discussion at the end of each training session in order to discuss with the participants, to check that everyone has understood and integrated the various elements seen during the session, and to determine if any additional information is required.

At the end of the training session, each participant will receive by email a certificate validating the modules in which he/she has participated and for which he/she has validated the knowledge acquired. This certificate will be filled in and signed by the trainer.

This weekly round table also allows us to make a collection of appreciations or complaints in a general way concerning the training to allow the trainers to take them into consideration and to allow an improvement of our services.

In addition to this oral round table, a questionnaire is sent to each participant as well as to the customer at the end of the training, within a maximum of 1 week after the training. If the questionnaire is not completed, AGENTIL will send a reminder to the participant and the customer in order to recover their appreciations within a maximum of 1 month following the training. If the beneficiary and/or the client do not respond to our requests after this period, the training referent designated within the company will be in charge of collecting and transmitting the evaluations.
Once a year, a questionnaire is also carried out with the funders, mainly the OPCOs, to assess the training activities carried out during the previous year. If the questionnaire is not filled in, AGENTIL will send a reminder to the funder in order to get back their evaluations within a maximum of one month after the request was sent.

In order for our trainers to be able to give their impressions in a quality approach, an interview is also carried out annually to assess the organization of the training courses and their roles.

The free expression of all the actors of a training course is a fundamental principle for us, and essential in order to be able to accompany you always better.

Accessibility and compensation for disabilities in training

We welcome all types of public and without distinction, our training courses are accessible to people with disabilities. We make sure that the conditions of reception of these people are respected to ensure a specific accompaniment and to bring an adapted help.

AGENTIL has set up a complete process in several stages for people with disabilities:

  • Prior to each training session, we question the trainees or their training referent at our clients’ sites in order to identify any possible situations of disability,
  • When we receive a report from a trainee with a disability, we carry out a complete questionnaire in order to determine the exact nature of the disability (motor, auditory, visual, intellectual, psychological),
  • We will then contact a dedicated support organization to define the possibilities of setting up compensation solutions allowing access to our training courses under the best conditions, working in partnership with the disabled person himself, who is well aware of his difficulties and has already been able to benefit from adaptations, with the integration referent of the supported person if he so wishes, as well as a local support person, from among the network of officially referenced partners and specialized support persons, in particular Agefiph and the RHF.
