Onboarding & support

First approach

Once the applications are received, we make a pre-selection to identify the profiles. Then, we conduct an initial telephone interview to better understand your skills, motivations and expectations.

Meeting & evaluation

Shortlisted candidates are invited to a physical meeting at our premises. This step includes an interview and a technical assessment to correlate your skills with those required for the position. 

Customer meeting

For external consulting positions, we organize a meeting between the candidate and our client. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and better understand the project you will be working on.

Welcome & onboarding

Once your recruitment is confirmed, you will be introduced to your team, receive essential information and receive support to familiarize yourself with our tools and working methods.
